After spending several winters in Acapulco, saturday was my first time in "El Zorrito". I will certainly return there. The food was tasty and portions generous. The price was honest. One sign of good places to eat in Acapulco is how full the place is. El Zorrito was crowded with many Mexicans and a few tourists at 9 PM.... very... more

The first time that I went to Zorrito's was many years ago after a night of clubbing; we stopped and picked up food to go so that we could party on. I usually visit once during my Aca stays; the strawberry margaritas are fabulous. And they serve good inexpensive Mexican food. Plus you can't help but laugh at the passerbys... more

My husband and I ate here 2 days-in-a-row during our stay in Acapulco. Everyone we talked to recommended this as the best local mexican food, and it really was! The service was quick and attentive, the food was cheap, and always good. Definitely go here for a true taste of local flavor - MUCH better than any tourist trap you'll... more

I have been to Acapulco many times each time I go I have to stop and eat at El Zorrito. The food is good and prices are very affordable, and the service is great. Jose, our driver for the day, took us here...not that we had much of a choice because of the language barrier! LOL! We told him we wanted to eat lunch and this is where we ended up. He seemed to know EVERYONE and we got amazing service and amazing food. My favorite food spot of all that we ventured to.... more

I liked El Zoritto because of the flaming hot sauce that comes with the tortilla chips upon arrival. The beer is cold and the waiters (espically Nava) were attentive, but not intrusive. Actually the waiters in the US could take a lesson from him...but I digress. We ate there more then one time and had several choices from the menu.... more

My visit here was in Feb 2007 and after a very long walk myself & the family stumbled upon El Zorrito and after hearing some good reviews at the time decided to stop in. This is an open air restaurant not too far from the Ritz. As its not overly busy at this time 3PM we are served rather quickly.... more

I went here for lunch with my sister and brother in law. The waiters were very nice and the food was great. We had Chorizo ala Plancha which isn't on the menu but they made it for us. It's basically grilled Chorizo on top of melted monterrey cheese with friend green pepper and onions with fresh tortillas - yowsa! We... more

In my life I have probably dined at 40 restaurants in Mexico and El Zorrito is my favorite restaurant serving traditional mexican fare so far. The prices are fair, probably under-priced if you ask me and the service is impeccable. The owner of the restaurant actually bussed our tables and then came over and hugged us and thanked us for... more
