Hilde is a treat. Spends time with all her customers, pleasant, funny and informative regarding the specials. I've dined there several times, and been delighted by the Schnitzel, goulash, and sauerbraten. The spaetzel and gravy, and cabbage will make your taste buds jump. If you want the taste of REAL German cooking stop in to "the Bratwurst". Hilde speaks German, English and Spanish and is the ultimate host. more

This restraunt has great food. Hilda reputation for serving great German cuisine at very affordable prices is well deserved. I love her weiner schnitzel and her pork hocks. The spatzel and dumplings covered with spicy goulash gravy are great. An Acapulco must. more

This is the best restraunt for German cuisine in all of Mexico. The lady who owns and operates the establishment is a tremendous cook. I love the roulade and the pork hocks. I would of rated the establishment as a #5 if she would hire another waitress because at times she becomes overwhelmed with customers and as a result the... more

Hilde has moved to a new and better location. She still prepares the best weiner schnitzel and hungarian goulash I have ever had in any place in the world. Inquire what the special of the day is, you might be suprised. It is a jy to talk to her and the prices are amazing inexpensive. An Acapulco delight! more
