Two places south of La Palapa is only hard to find since it is only open from 10am to 6pm. Lunch reservations a must and include an umbrella and chairs to hang out on all afternoon. Wonderful drinks, service and food. Lots of beach peddlers. more

Absolutely love this place. I've been to Puerto Vallarta 5 times in two years and this is where I always park my butt when I go to the beach. I CAN'T IMAGINE GOING ANYWHERE ELSE!!!! We never could find the Beach House and couldn't find anyone who knew where it was. We eventually plopped down at the El Dorado (or Dorado, something like that) only to notice a couple of hours later that we were 15 STEPS (yes, I counted) from the Beach House.
