Let's get one thing straight, Guadalajara isn’t a big food city, its gastronomy mainly consists of typical but simple Mexican food, it lacks good restaurants. The food is amazing. I strongly recommend the Dorado Yucathai, is simply the best fish that I have ever tasted. Also the Ceviche de Salmon is great as an appetizer. The only problem I had is that the restaurant area is highly insecure. I didn't want to leave my Jeep with the Valet Parking and I found a parking spot... more
