We have lunch in Tezka yesterday. Please let me first tell you the good things beside meals: service was very good yet it could improve to be outstanding. Parking is free (which is very positive considering the are where restaurante is located). Very good wine list (all Spanish). Altough no faciilites for babies, personnel was attentive with our needs. One of the best Basque-type meals we've had and, this one, in Mexico City! Wonderful service, good value, BUT, in vast dining room for dinner, we were only 1 of 3 tables! (no idea why?). Young chef is a real go-getter and might change focus - go and enjoy but don't expect a crowd! more

Just ate here a few days ago. Am back in the States, hence the review. First off, as many of you may know, Tezka is no longer associated with Arzak.
