the place is incredible, the serving time is enormous, the design of the dishes is incredible, inspiring a superb tasting, unfortunately the flavor of the four choices I made was below the expected, the desserts are very good, of great quality. On both our visits we have tried the set menu (different on each ocasion) and have been very impressed by the creativity of the offerings, the subtle combinations of flavours, textures and colours, and the attentive non pretentious service. Jaso is, without a doubt, my favorite restaurant in Mexico City (and I live here). Everytime that I visit Mexico I go to this restaurant, the food is delicious, the place is cosy, the service is great and the location is perfect (it's in the heart of Polanco). It´s my favorite place for going to have dinner with my friends, or just for a business lunch. I suggest to try the tasting menu. more
