If you're going for a fine dining experience, you'll be disappointed. Go, order a large margarita, get the ribs (which were really tasty), and have fun. This place doesn't take itself seriously so neither should you. After a while you'll be wearing a sombrero and singing along with the waiters. more

We went to Carlos and Charlie's twice. First night in town we were looking for a something simple, like a couple of tacos and an alcoholic drink, and there was no waiting at Carlos and Charlie's. So we went in. It was very loud with lots of activity going on, but the food was good and the drinks were cold.... more

Me and my girlfriend are currently sitting in our hotel with diarrhea due to this lousy restaurant. The prices are ridiculous. 3 tacos for $20 USD. Enchiladas were $18. I think i would have had better food at taco bell. I would suggest walking around the flea market across the street to find some cheaper, better, and diarrhea free food.... more
