This friendly little place had a very European feel to it. Smoothie was delicious with great cake and coffee. Great service, reasonable price, and very hospitable staff!
Been here every day this week after dinner and not been disappointed once. Good service, good variety and way cheaper than anywhere else for this quality of icecream. Best so far is pistachio, still a few to try though
I stopped there today, everyone is right. It is good. But it's either expensive or I got ripped off. 2 waffle cones and a quart of water 160 pesos. I'm still going over the numbers in my head and I'm leaning towards ripped. Sorry to report.
On the way to the ADO bus (right across the street!) we decided to get some dessert here. They have PHENOMENAL local, hand-made popsicles in the most unimaginable and exotic flavors. Super yummy and exotic fruit I've never heard of before. And cheap, too. Staff were great and spoke great English. A MUST DO if you are in or passing... More
We discovered La Flor de Michoacan on our first trip to Tulum in February of 2013 and were bowled over by the variety of "paletas" on offer all made on-site from the freshest ingredients. We had scoped this place out on Trip Advisor before we went to Tulum and then randomly saw it, just when we wanted to buy ice creams. We had some juices in the cafe, which was a nice place to sit and then got a couple of ice creams on the way out. There was a really good selection of... More
We visited Flor de Michoacan whilst in Tulum Town & were overwhelmed by the assortment of icecreams. In the end we chose the choc coconut and the cookies & cream and LOVED them. The service was so friendly & we will definitely return some day.
Loved the service and products at this charming establishment on the main street in Tulum, Mexico.....The friendly, fast service with a grand smile could put a smile on anyone's face on a hot day.
The ice cream is truly excellent and inexpensive. You also owe it yourself to try their Liquados and popsicles. In fact, I'd recommend a three-for: a popsicle washed down with a liquado and followed up by some ice cream. The local woman who runs this place is very nice and speaks English quite well. Do check this shop out next... More
