Spent three nights in Victoria and this was our choice for the last night. Turned out it was the best. Started with Tony who provided outstanding advice when we were selecting from the menu. By far the best meal we had on our trip! My husband has the cedar wrapped salmon and I had the halibut - both peices of fish were PERFECTLY cooked. Amazing. We loved every bite and our 4 year old daughter polished off her truffled mac and cheese, too! Delicious. more

We had an extremely enjoyable evening at the Bon Rouge. Our table was on the patio, next to the gas fireplace. Perfect for the cool autumn evening.
