I have eaten at Apres many times and every time the food is outstanding. As food should be; perfectly cooked, local ingredients. Superb wine to compliment the well thought about ingredients. As a Wellness coach I am always looking for restaurants that use good ingredients and cook them with care. Apres is, in my opinion, the best restaurant in Whistler.... more

Overpriced. Ridiculous wine list (nothing under $40 and most over $50). $39 taster menu has potential but soup starter could use some spice, salmon main, though perfectly cooked, was over-salted and desert nothing special. I don't expect this restaurant will still be operating on my next visit to Whistler. more
