I didnt like this place. The pasta wasnt fresh, the sauces tasted a bit pre made and the fish was covered in an orange cream sauce. Every wall and the floor is painted with Italian style scenes - I guess that will either do it for you or not! I guess it would appeal to someone looking for old style... more

Big reputation, big dining delight! Quattro is just wonderful. We were greatly helped by the manager in selecting 4 wine courses to accomany our meal. The list is highly impressive and will satisfy the most demanding of wine seekers. But I'm getting ahead of myself ... The cuisine is marvelous. Food was superb, as was the service - attentive but not intrusive. Due to dietary requirements, we called ahead & a fantastic meal was made by chef Duncan to suit us in every way. Luc the sommelier provided us with excellent wine choices for each course. Definitely a memorable evening ... the perfect finale to a week in Whistler! more
