A small intimate restaurant with expert service and a very good wine list. Our food was good, very good, but a bit bland. Given that Umberto Menghi is it's progenator we were expecting food with more zip and presentation with more personality for the price. This is a modern but traditional Italian restaurant in the village. Food is exceptionally well prepared by people who really understand their ingredients. Fish was perfectly cooked and simply prepared. Veggies crisp and fresh. Pasta freshly made and cooked exactly right. more

I took my family on a trip to Whistler and tried to pick a family-friendly restaurant, but didn't want to sacrifice the atmosphere or food quality. The "Tratt" was great! Service was efficient and friendly and the food was delicious. Even my son loved his meal (especially dessert)! Definitely recommended. more
