Having been here 4 or 5 times over the last bunch of years, I can say they are consistent. Sushi is of respectible quality. Not the very best I've had, but no where near the worst, either. I love Hibachi show restaurants. Ichiban was a great show by Chef Chi and the food excellent, if a bit pricey. I'd definitely include Ichiban in my dining plans on another visit. more

We were sad not to take in the hibachi dining (lack of time), but we were very glad to eat at the sushi bar for 25% off sushi on Mondays. GREAT sushi and GREAT prices. Very fair. It's fun to sit right at the bar and watch the sushi being made. We got to know one of the sushi chefs... more

It was pretty good, a little on the expensive side. Great service, but the food was a little bland. Too much soy sauce and the chicken was dry. Other than that it was awesome. more

Great food, and a even better show. I love the food and we always go at least once a year. My wifes favorite place. Great for Birthdays etc. Get to see the fireball as part of the show. Order the chicken and steak. The gyzora is the best in the city. Eat it live it love it. more
