The waiter and host were exceptionally rude. We could not figure out what we could have possibly done to offend, as we were dressed appropriately and spent quite a bit. OH MY GOSH, we had so much fun! I really reccommend the beef fondue. The quality of the meat was very good and every one enjoyed it. Not so big on the sauces, though. more

I just went to Swiss Chalet last Sunday night. The ambiance and decor are very nice. The server is professional. I ordered imported Hefeweisen for a drink -- nothing special. We have dined at the Swiss Chalet on several occasions over the years as we have visited Tahoe to enjoy the skiing.
