As the name would suggest, the wine selection is the reason to dine here. The meal was excellent, but a on the expensive side for Osoyoos.
The Watermark is the best hotel in the town, for sure. Just don't eat at the overpriced, very poorly staffed wine bar. Tried to figure out why it was so bad - each meal had the same problems . Breakfast took 55 minutes to just get a coffee. Lunch took an hour to be served and dinner took 45 minutes... More
We had been recommended this place. We both had the chefs soup, which was cream of leek with prawns. It was ok but didn't have a very good finish to it. Had to add salt to get any flavor out of it. For my main I had an app I had as Tempura Ahi Roll with a coleslaw. I do... More
This place was a great surprise in Osoyoos. The service was very good and the food was excellent. Watermark can compete with some of the winery restaurants in the valley. I recommend the steaks, excellent sauces. Generous portions.

Wife had salmon and was pleased and I had the prawn dinner which was also very good. The service was attentive but not over bearing. Overall had... More
You have to share the chocolate dessert and the lemon one with someone. It was hard to choose which was the best and I'm a chocoholic! The ribs half order was very tender.
