The service at the restaurant is great! The server made a mistake and our food ended up to take a little longer than usual but she gave us a discount for that. Their homemade ice tea was good. The food was not terrible, but not really satisfactory either. The interior, like most crock & blocks, is pretty dark. Service is good, though. more
The restaurant in general could be improve more
I've eaten here a few times, and while their prime rib is very good, their service and the wait times are terrible. Average wait time for the server to even acknowledge their table seems to be at least 20 minutes. Overall, this place is as much of a Crock as it says it is. more
