Went on recommendation and were not disappointed. We asked for soup which was not on the menu. When it came it was the best mushroom soup ever! Free wiFi was a bonus as we needed to check emails. Toilets were scrupulously clean. We will return. More

Seven of us (including 3 children) went here for Sunday Lunch. The food was very good and reasonable priced. We would definitely go again when in the area. Try to find it with a map because when coming from St Ives our Satnav took us down a very narrow single track road when there was better access available. More

Visited from Plymouth for the Winter Solstice and had the most wonderful evening in the company of Rhiannon. The food, a fantastic beef casserole was the best I have tasted and the local live musicians provided a superb aural feast. I would highly recommend a visit. More

The food and service at The Waymarker is wonderful ! Its so nice to not have to travel far to get this quality of food. I would suggest everyone went along for anything from a lovely daytime coffee and cake or lunch, or the lovely evening suppers. The location is wonderful and prices are very good, plenty of parking, no... More

On the way back from National Seal Sanctuary (Also very good) we took the slow road back towards Falmouth. We had been talking about having a local cream tea when we saw The Waymarker. It was quiet, mainly I think because it was late autumn and raining, but we had a lovely welcome. Prices were fair, the scones were made... More

This restaurant is set in a secluded wooded situation with out side seating overlooking a natural pond, but it's not just the situation that is perfect . The food is good rustic (?) style that is both easy on the eye, tastes exceptional and leaves you feeling content and happy. I can recommend The Waymarker and would suggest that no one will... More

The Waymarker is tucked away halfway between Gweek on The Lizard Peninsula and Falmouth but it is well worth the trip. Just 20 mins from Falmouth by car. Set in the old quarry land close to Constantine, the restaurant serves meals, coffee and cake most days. I had popped in a few times on my way past for coffee and... More

Nestled down typically Cornish narrow, tree-lined roads, this wonderful eatery is definitely worth seeking out. The interior of The Waymaker could be descriped in many ways - classic, contemporary, comfortable, simple, uncomplicated etc - and all would be correct. The look and feel has been well thought out and executed, with spacious tables sharing the room with sofas, so whether... More

We just had the most wonderful meal at The Waymarker! What a lovely setting and what yummy food! The vegetables we were served - snap peas, green peas and corn - were so sweet and fresh...they must have been just picked from the garden. For those of you who remember what home cooking tastes like, the Shepherd's Pie was absolutely... More
