We came here in its first couple of years. Something quite new. Lively owner manager with a simple well produced selection of dishes and drinks and a bit of relaxed style and casual fun. Even some cool dude music. We'd not been back for a while but tried it twice last year. One evening in August and then one lunchtime... More

Amazing view over Plymouth sound, great staff and a good selection of snacks and meals, coffee amongst the best I have had and also liceced. I think there are few places in the world with such stunning views and relaxing ambience, sat in the winter sun sipping on a glass of wine, looking at the views and listening to some... More

Often have coffee here and sometimes enjoy a great breakfast. Its brave to run an outdoor food venue in the uk and the owner tried really hard. Its a real treat to have a breakfast with a sea view outdoors.. yes some people had to wait for a while but what a place to wait.... wonderful... More

I went here one time before this visit and I have a greasy sausage sandwich but I thought it might just be that time. The views are stunning so much potential; however I do believe they need to invest in the business. It was raining and the heavens opened onto us. It took ages before they put down (partly) the... Nice setting amongst old paths and toilets on hoe cliffs. Exposed to every wind but a view. Food and service really poor. Wouldn't eat here. More

This place offers probably the best restaurant / cafe view's of Plymouth sound bar none, hence it is rightly busy. The meals are best described as Agricultural - what they lack in finesse they make up for in quantity and indeed my fellow diners enjoyed their meals . For my order of Ham and Eggs, I was most surprised to... More

Outdoors perched on roof of large 1930s waterside public conveniences. The only outdoor cafe in this area and with an unrivalled and beautiful view of the Sound. Don't come here if there's anything above a light breeze or any hint of rain. It is very exposed and there is little cover. Biggish middling menu but sometimes essential ingredients get left... More
