We visited Hanbury`s last week, for the FIRST time, and were welcomed by Janet & John. The Haddock,Chips and mushy peas were DELICIOUS. Service was A1. Friends of ours use this Restaurant regulary, and we will certainly be visting them again, when in Babbacombe. We live in Poole and we will definately be spreading the word! V & T more

Friendly restaurant, with a lovely atmosphere but most of all great fish and chips! Big portions and melt in the mouth lemon sole with light batter. If you get take away and walk up the road there is a stunning seaview! excellent touch by giving a free fridge magnet and painted postcard with the bill. more

Arrived at this restaurant without booking (not a good idea on a Saturday Night), but were helpfully seated within 10 minutes. Wide choice of fish on offer, as well as non fish dishes for the true carnivores.
