Not exactly in the centre of Brighton (a short walk - approx 5 minutes), but was fairly easy to find. Nice environment, but the restaurant does get busy pretty quick. Food was good and hot. Slightly more expensive than I had expected, but given this is the UK, was not a great surprise. Lives up to what everyone here has... more

I have tried takeaway from Bankers twice now, July 2008 and last year. Both times my husband has actually had fat pouring out of his sausage and my fish has been so greasy it has had golden oil covering it let alone what was soaked into the batter. Wont be trying again. Much better fish and chips on Baker Street... more

Lovely. What more can I say ..... Not greasy - nice fat chips, fish med/large size and wonderful waiting staff. Excellent Sunday treat for all. A family favourite of ours. more
