This is an attractive place to eat - calm and relaxed. The food was excellent and served quickly by attentive, friendly staff. My Thai fish cakes were delicious, as was my wife Rachel's chicken satay - we swopped of course! The highlight was my duck Tamarind - sticky, tasty and plenty of it. Rachel's seafood curry was varied and mouthwatering.... more

Without doubt the best Thai food I have ever tasted (although I have never been to Thailand!). The restaurant is quite small (50 people?) so service was very attentive without being 'over the top' We had the Chicken Green Curry and the Lamb Red Curry with Rice and Noodles, which were all excellent. The portion of plain noodles were quite... more

Have eaten here a couple of times now. It is quite simply the best Thai food I've tasted outside of Thailand. The flavours are clean, the taste divine and the presentation superb - with beautifully sculpted decorative vegetables. The mixed starter for two is very good value - loved the freshly fried seaweed and the satay sauce is sublime. Had... more

I've been to this cracking little restaurant twice now and I felt compelled to write a review as it's so fantastic. Winchester has been crying out for a Thai restaurant for ages and this one more than makes up for the lack of authentic Asian cuisine in the city. I'm a vegetarian and I can struggle to find interesting things... more

Tried the Brasserie for lunch (only £5.95) which offered a more than adequate choice. The food all tasted freshly prepared, authentic and was well presented. I thought the chicken in the Tom Yum soup was unnecessary and tasteless but the noodle and rice dishes were very tasty. Biggest drawback was the fact that they used MSG which gave my partner... more

We had lunch and the restaurant was empty when we arrived just after 12, but by the time we left at about 1.30 it was very full and lively. The food was incredible, amazing flavours and clearly hand-prepared - no mass-produced sauces in sight! Presentation was lovely and my only complaint is it was really difficult to make a choice... more

We visited this restaurant on Monday evening and have to say we both agreed that it was the best Thai food we have ever tasted. I had a beef dish and beef is not usually something I would choose in my local Thai. However it was excellent as was the noodle dish that "er indoors" thoroughly enjoyed. Only criticism is... more

I came here when the restaurant was only open a month and already it was filling up early for dinner. Service was pleasant and the flavors and presentations of the main dishes were very good. The menu is marked to show which dishes contain nuts and gluten. The heat level was perfect - you felt warm but not on fire... more

Thai food as in Thailand! Fresh ingredients, Thai staff (with the typical cordiality), lovely and cosy atmosphere (the selection of Thai paintings is great!)... really a mix of beautiful things makes this a special restaurant. We made friend with some other customers at the table next to us, and they were amazed as well! We ve tried the seafood salad... more
