Recently ate here, not the cheapest but certainly the finest locally, excellent selection of fresh and local ingreidents combined to perfection, good portion sizes which don't skimp. Have visited Ambleside several times and have eaten here before. Food was superb - especially the lamb which my partener had. Never tated anything so wonderful.
