Good burgers on the terrace. Very busy but overall good. Pity the members and VIP areas are only bottle service.
Well. ... this made for an interesting visit. It's a lovely venue and the perfect place to meet friends, especially for a drink. We had dinner for 4 and it came to £100 a head. This was for 2 x courses only (and 1 x dessert) and included cocktails and wine and entrance to the club. The burning question. ...... More
I have been to this restaurant a few times fur Sunday lunch - the location, decor, views are all pleasant, but I have have experienced too many problems with the service on a Sunday lunch to return. On our last visit the waiter couldn't take our order fast enough - we felt pressured to place an order within 5 minutes... More
This is a wonderful venue situated on top of the old Derry & Toms building, just off Kensington High Street, with a great restaurant and cocktail bar. The gardens are sumptuous! Brilliant place to take tourists.
There were 8 of us at this meal and everyone’s food looked professionally presented and was eaten by all - however there did not seem to be anything that really made the culinary side stand out. The wine selection was decent and the staff were professional and friendly enough when pushed, but what does make this establishment worth the money... More
Strange table set up which I would not have accepted if it was my dinner party... Can't imagine why anyone thought it ok to have a glass partition between two chairs. Good food and good company ... One waitress excellent others need more training .
My boyfriend and I had a lovely meal at the Babylon restaurant at Kensington Roof Gardens. We arrived a bit earlier to have a drink at the bar and the hostess offered seating outside, with heaters, blankets and even a hot water bottle! As it was a bit chilly outside it wasn't too busy so it was nice to have... More
What a hidden treasure - on the roof - gardens - beautiful for a afternoon delight, Babylon - great restaurant, the club for late nights out. There's even an event hall for special events and business conferences. I'm so excited to discover this amazing place. You forget about time when you're there!
You come here more for the atmosphere and the venue than the food, which is good but not mind blowing. Staff is generally on point and doesn't rush you to turn the table. The gardens are fantastic, and I would say this is a top spot for a larger group dinner if you're having a night out afterward.
