The restaurant was fabulous and the food equally so. The only negative was the price of the drinks. Had a wonderful time!
This place is an amazing find in Bayswater. The décor is superb and fun. Loved the classic Bollywood music playing in the background. Staff are friendly with a slick service. I was impressed that the waiter provided some sample sauces to try out before deciding which of the mains to order. The food was presented beautifully and tasted amazing. I... More
This place is close to my office and I regularly visit it because it provides awesome food at great prices. Perfect for a lunch or a cosy evening meal. I have had the lunch menu as well as the street food in the evening and neither have ever disappointed me. The service is excellent be it half empty or completely... More
We were a party of 3 and this was close to the hotel of my guests. I travel to India a lot so was looking for something that wasn't a standard UK curry parlour. This certainly was a cut above the average and highly recommended. They had a range of Thalis for around £11 to £13 which were as good... More
Chains are always a gamble. some are pretty good, but anyone claiming to be "real indian food" ,better be , and at all the locations. We found this one to have very mediocre curry, and the portion to be so small (9.25£ each) we stopped off for a sandwich on the way home.probably shouldve had the Thali, but after the... More

It's a mix of food styles but predominantly southern Indian. The staff are great with friendly prompt service. Only complaint is that the beer and puddings are v expensive which with a... More
Although I live in an Indian neighborhood in the U.S., I was looking forward to visiting Masala Zone in London again, ever since my last visit. This is my favorite Indian restaurant in the world, especially the Grand Thali platter. The service is always excellent and the food is flavorful and beautifully prepared.
We ate here twice during our recent London visit and it was very good both times. The thali was delicious and filling (the regular, not the super one) and it was a relatively inexpensive meal compared to other places at its level. Tips for US visitors: the raita was not prepared as it usually is in the US and I... More
I booked this restaurant for my boss to meet a client for dinner. I contacted the restaurant to make sure that they could be seated so that they could enjoy their meal and count on being able to have a quiet enough spot to discuss business. I ended up calling the restaurant administration office and by fluke ended up talking... More
