My first visit in over a year, and I was just as pleased as before. The menu was interesting and varied, the food delicious, the presentation and service excellent and the wines well selected, presented and reasonably priced. You could easily pay more for pub grub and a glass of plonk in central London! So my advice to Londoners, out... More

On a recent trip to London with my husband and two very good friends, our friends went to this restaurant and came back raving about it. So we had to go there! We were so pleased we did. It was everything they said and more. I guess what impressed us the most was the lovely waiting staff - they were... More

Excellent place to eat. Myself and daughter had a meal here on Saturday evening 15/6/13. I had the chicken followed by black cherry crumble and ice cream, and my daughter had the roasted cauliflower with macaroni, and finished with chocolate and peanut dessert. The food and service were excellent and not too pricey. I would highly recommend a visit.

Can not fault any choice in menu, just pick one and enjoy. Food speaks for itself. Good atmosphere and not too busy.

This is now a fashionable restaurant on Blackfriars Road, not far from Southwark tube. We decided to give it a try on the strength of recent Tripadvisor reviews and booked on a Friday evening in June. The restaurant was packed and there was a good atmosphere, with a real buzz about the place. Mostly a youngish crowd. The menu was... More

I went here with my best friend before we went to a concert in London. We are both "Foodies" so we researched eating places before we decided to go here. We were not disappointed. The steak was so delicious and came just as we had ordered. The puddings are out of this world though and they are a twist to... More

On a recent trip to London,my wife and I went to the Laughing Gravy for dinner having read excellent reviews on Trip Advisor. Wow they were so right, this restaurant was terrific. It isn't right in the center of the restaurant district,so we were a little apprehensive but these concerns were put to one side the minute we walked in. There... More

Visited the Laughing Gravy having read the T.A reviews and very glad we did. The place is relaxed casual dining with a great vibe and service. Food quality and presentation is excellent and is good value - beating restaurants that charge twice the price. Worth a trip!

We were a party of five, two of whom had visited before and we went on their recommendation. We booked ahead as it was a Friday evening. The atmosphere was perfect, not at all stuffy. All the staff were really nice and looked after us very well. Each plate was a work of art and tasted as good as it... More

With such friendly and welcoming service it was hard to find any flaws in my experience here! Upon my arrival; me and a couple of very 'fussy eater' friends were greeted by a very passionate and affable waiter, we were shown to a table right in the middle of the restaurant. The food was incredible and all the dishes were... More
