Don't waste your time eating here. The food is nothing to write home about, and when you do get it, you might get it all at once (we were only half way through our starters when the mains came out). This place can surely only rely on visitors to London who, like me, don't know any better. Avoid. more

Its not great, but its not horrid either. My friends like to eat here, so I ended up at the Texas Embassy a few times a year. The food is texmex I think was how it was described. The refried beans and rice were inedible. Only the friendly waitress from Cape Town, South Africa, was the one positive. The restaurant is situated just off Trafalgar Square so might catch all the tourists from the area, but there must be better eating places nearby. more
The food was terrible. Not worth half the price paid. The recommended vegetarian fajita consisted of a warmed up, unseasoned salad presented with tortillas (broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots) which is unforgivable for £14. Wow, the food is awful!! Fajitas where inedible so we complained and they refused to take them off our bill. They were unseasoned strips of beef cooked well done. This was our go-to place in London when we missed margaritas and Tex-Mex! Walking inside you'd never guess you were in England - there were Texas Licence plates everywhere, Shiner neon signs - it felt just like Texas! Not the best food, but good enough for homesick Americans! more
