This is a beautiful Restaurant set in the centre of Whitby.The decor is superb and the staff are very attentive and efficient.We had the famous Cod and Chips with mushy peas and bread and butter which we found to be a little low on flavour but very nicely presented.The prices were acceptable and quite good value. more

always a good sign, a busy eating establishment, we arrived here around 7pm and had to join the queue to eat here it was very busy. We didn't have to wait long before getting a table though and when the food came it was one of the loveliest plates of fish and chips I've ever tasted! Would definitely go back! more

Excellent haddock & chips and great that you can order three different sizes-small,reg or large.Disappointed that you are charged extra for bread & butter (45p per slice).The young girl who served us was very polite and helpful.We will call again on our next visit to Whitby. more
