As Japanese restaurants go this place is about as weak as it gets. A lite version of Yo! Sushi's kurukuru sushi belt formula and making all their mistakes and a few more besides - overpriced, poor quality and completely without atmosphere. more
Reading only has one other sushi place, and that is a chain restaurant within a department store, hardly a nice relaxed location. OneOEight is reasonably priced and serves reliably fresh sushi at the right temperature. I'd recommend OneOEight for a few drinks and a bite to eat with a good atmosphere. It's ok if you want a bite for lunch but nothing special. I think that yo sushi has much a much better range of dishes and at better prices. more
