What a nugget! If this place were in Noting Hill or Soho then it would be in all the tourist guides, no doubt. Called the Gorge Café because 1) You can stuff your mouth and 2) It, cleverly, looks like an alpine chalet on the outside, and a cave on the inside. The food is your usual eggs chips and... more
Had a breakfast there not 50 minutes ago. Expensive with very cheap ingredients, no flavour in the Sausages (probably due to the lack of actual meat content), Bacon OK, Hash Browns soggy, egg shell in both eggs. Ordered the beans to be left out and mushroom added but got beans anyway. The very little I did eat was washed down... more

Quite pricey for a greasy spoon, but it's cleaner and more aesthetically pleasing than your average greasy spoon so I guess you get what you pay for. more
