Been to Marco's twice now. Thought the second visit would be an improvement. It wasn't. It's a classy place, the service is professional and courteous. The food is OK. But not £105 for 2 people OK. The dining room has a high ceiling and is stone walled. the stone sucks the heat from your body which we found when visiting... more
We have always really enjoyed our visits (this week was our 4th). We cannot fault the food, service or atmosphere. The only tiny, tiny gripe is that there is limited parking. more

I've been going to Marco's for the last few years and always have an enjoyable experience. Can't say I agree with the last post, I've always found the staff very agreeable and attentive. Had the ox cheek last time I went from the mid week menu - fantastic! A welcome change from the majority f restaurants around Sheffield. more
Overpriced, arrogant staff , the food is OK but overpriced. Living off past glories??? I think so. Might have been an off night but I think not, will not return until the staff have been on a " customers are here to eat, not listen to staff gossip while we wait around course" To say we all were very very... more
Absolutely love this place - nice big chunk of meat. Perfectly done medium rare as it should be. Very impressed with my entire meal. more
