we had tea and gluten free scones here, very nice and a lovely building. Not the cheapest but I think you're paying for the surroundings mostly.

Went for breakfast as soon as they opened on Sunday, and it was like our own private (very fancy) dining room. Truly wonderful experience to sit in the breathtakingly beautiful surroundings and listen the piano being played, look out the windows at the passers by on the street on one side and into the Roman baths on the other side...
