The food is nice but staff are difficult, not good for big parties as you have limited times more

Good burgers and shakes, but shockingly bad service if busy. Lots of 'trainee' serving staff who haven't a scooby. One upended a bottle of beer into a glas at the table, which of course foamed like a fountain full of bubble bath...then literally burst out laughing and ran off, never to be seen again.
