I cannot unrecommend this place highly enough. We were charged over £70 for poor quality food (and a nice bottle of wine). We weren't given any serviettes or plates!! (which at the time we thought was part of the theme, until we left and noticed other customers tables). The food order was wrong, twice! and the amount of food for... more

We visited the flat bread cafe in Metrocentre. Decided to take the children. The food was over priced and very poor. The childrens food was an absolute disgrace. A TIN of beans with sausages (not even proper sausage) and tinned macoroni cheese. £3.95 each! no drink even. I refused to pay for the children's food and they refused to eat... more

My Family and I had the distict displeasure of visting the the Flatbread Cafe. Even though i have forwarded a letter of complaint to the Opertaions Manager and the Director they have not bothered to reply. I would have loved to have pasted the letter for you to read but unfortunately you are only allowed 50 characters. more

Over priced, unexciting food. Was totally unimpressed with the food - there were no flavours! Bland, boring and expensive at that! Shame - it's a great idea, and a nice, atmospheric restaurant. more
