Visited on a cold Saturday in February. Not very busy and plenty of tables available. Good service from the bar staff, very attentive. Good selection of bar food, a cut above the usual fayre, though slightly more expensive too. Would definitely go back for top quality pub grub. More

Recently renovated. Decor inside is much better. Still has a pub type feel (good real ale selection) but the food is superb quality. Had venison and it was cooked superbly. Portion size was good and staff were very knowledgeable of menu. Good selection of specials. More

Used a voucher here on Friday 27th - four of us dined in the busy pub. Excellent food - varied menu, great service and good beer. A cut above the usual gastro pub and to be recommended. Will go again when in Leeds - and look forward to it. More

Having been before for a meal earlier in the year I booked the christmas dinner, for early December. We were not disappointed, the food was excellent the drinks and service were fantastic too.The staff were very enthusiastic to make our visit enjoyable. Well done we will be back again very soon. More
