Good authentic Indian ( Gujarati ) veg cuisine. Food is well prepared, service very good, good choice of wines including indian ones and most importantly everything is freshly made with little oil. This restaurant deserves credit as it offers authentic indian food and is one of only a few in the leeds bradford area. more

Hansa's menu is nothing like the typical "Indian" menus found in 99% of "Indian" restaurants/take aways all over the UK. Amazing food - so good we bought the book! Family business with that personal touch. Make sure you try somd of the daal dishes. more

Went to the Hansa restaurant on 18-Jun-08 (booked a table for 2 at 7pm). Seemed popular, staff friendly and polite. The food was average compared to a few similar eateries frequented recently. A vegetarian's dream but meat eaters don't be discouraged! I've brought avid carnivores here before and they have loved it. The food is like no other and the smell and tastes are an experience in themselves. I love that Mrs Hansa herself can still be found in the kitchen each night and the price is very reasonable. more
