Pleasantly surprised on our first visit to this newly reopened country inn. Although packed out on a Sunday lunchtime, and parking a problem the welcome was friendly and warm and the food was excellent. Not the cheapest around but definitely not the most expensive and certainly value for money in terms of taste and presentation. The bar area still has... more
