The Jade is simply excellent if you like Chinese Seafood dishes. My best tip is to get the owner to help you put together a menu (he does this for us for around £20 a head - there's always too much!). My absolute treat is the lobster. After it's been out to meet you (not for the squeamish), it arrives... more
Extremely competant Chinese restaurant. Good tableside theatre. Only Chinese restaurant in Salisbury to offer crispy belly pork. Excellent lobster dishes more

Superb food, service and the owner, Joseph, really knows his stuff. Just as likely to be served by the owner than you are a member of staff. If ever in Salisbury this is an absolute must. Tip: BOOK EARLY more
