We arrived at The Fat Duck a little unsure about what to expect and having looked at the tasting menu a little unsure about what we were about to eat, but 4 hours and 13 courses later our doubts were dissolved- and not just by all the liquid nitrogen they got through! The new Victorian Feast tasting menu is quite honestly an experience not to be missed. From the hot and cold tea that makes one cheek cold while the other one hot when drinking to the Not So Full English Breakfast with egg and bacon ice cream produced at the table it is 4 hours of theatre. more
