I visit The Orchard Cafe at least once a week after walking my dog, and have gone through more loyalty cards than you can shake a stick at. The food is always delicious and locally sourced and the drinks are generous and piping hot. It does get busy with County Hall staff at lunchtime so I tend to go earlier... More

Carrot cake especially yum. But menu extensive, and food very tasty. More

Met up with some friends for Sunday lunch. Walked our dog around the two easy designated trails of countryside and woodland. Had lunch afterwards in the Cafe. The food was superb, very reasonably priced, hot, fresh and locally sourced. Couldn't fault the service or surroundings. Many families were there with children playing on the outdoor swings, slides and climbing frames.... More

Popular with civil servants (due to proximity of County Hall) and mothers with young children (due to the playground in the park) this cafe can get very busy at lunchtimes. The staff seem friendly and helpful. Slightly above average food quality for a cafe and it's good that they try to use local produce. They do a very reasonably price... More

Dear Lisa, thank you very much for taking the time to review our cafe. I am sorry to hear you find our food only slightly above average. I am not sure you will find many cafes that make their own baked beans! We obviously feel very passionate about our products and always try to use the best local produce, not... More

This cafe has great local food options. It is located in a country park with good parking (free) right outside, walks in a little wood next door (Nunnery Woods) and a really good children's playground outside. The playground has been recently extended with equipment for older kids (8+) so works for a wide range of families for food and activity.... More

Dear Andy, thanks very much for the great review. We are always trying to find more local produce and have some great new products on the menu, like a chorizo & chicken pasta. The chorizo is made by a local guy using Gloucester Old Spot pigs in a traditional way. i always say how fortunate we are being in this... More

Didn't know what to expect for a Christmas lunch at this popular Countryside Centre cafe but the food was wonderful - very tasty and satisfying, served piping hot and beautifully cooked. The 3 course lunch was £16.95 to include tea or coffee afterwards. The service was exceptional the young lady who looked after my friend and I was very pleasant... More

Thank you so much for taking the time to review our cafe. We are so glad you enjoyed the Christmas Lunch. Dan our Head Chef put a lot of thought into the menu and we really wanted to bring something a bit different to the usual offering. We are also very lucky with our staff and it is wonderful to... I heard Tripadvisor mentioned today on the radio and was moved to write this. We went to the Orchard at the weekend, and urge you to go too if in the area, it was great. The food, service, ambiance, prices, and views were fantastic. If we visit Worcester again we will make it our first stop. Valerie from Cornwall More

Dear Valerie, Thank you so much for you review of our cafe. It is great to hear when people use us as a stop off on their travels. With us being so close to the motorway it is a wonderful alternative to using the services. We have a few seasonal visitors who do just that, taking a few slices of... More

After a lovely walk in the woods with our dogs, we washed them in the area provided. Then we had an OUTSTANDING homemade burger with paprika fries, lettuce and tomatoes. This is our second visit and it is worth the 40 minute car journey. The food is excellent, the staff are friendly, accommodating and helpful. I will definetly recommend it.... More

Dear Jay B, Thank you very much for your review of our cafe. We are glad you enjoyed the burgers. The beef is from our local butcher who uses Herefordshire beef and hangs it for 21 days before mincing it. Also happy to see the dogs enjoyed themselves as well! We are really lucky to have the cafe in such... More
