We were literally blown into Coast. It was one of several restaurants recommended by our guest house owner - and thank god for the awful weather that stopped us investigating further. Had an early dinner at the end of August with my husband and parents. We all thoroughily enjoyed our meals and were pleasantly suprised at the bill. Good varied menu and varied winelist. Would definitely recommend more

We had a terrific meal here, although the surprise of the evening was when we found out our attractive Scottish waitress was from California. She was very nice and the food was quite good. A nice spot for romantic dining as well, this restaurant is quiet. more

We really enjoyed dining as a family at Coast; the food was all excellent, and the menu wide enough to satisfy both the foodies among us and our hamburger-loving six-year-old. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere relaxed. We will definitely be going there again on our next trip to Oban. more

Popped in to Coast early (6.15pm) for a quick meal and found they had a 'light bite' menu on (until 6.30) so we had two courses for £12 each. It was a really tasty meal which we washed down with some Loch Fyne Ale. Will be going back for a slower session next week! more
