I stumbled into Iglu one cold winter's evening some 5 years ago, I had, thankfully & luckily, missed my bus home, just around the corner lay a cozy looking bar/bistro which looked warm and inviting. I was welcomed to a seat at the comfortable bar as I was not dining on this occasion. Since then, This has become a great... More

Visited on New Years Eve. Food and service was excellent. Small restaurant with a lovely atmosphere. You could see the chef's cooking which was a nice personal touch. More

An excellent night downstairs at Iglu on Sat 21: tasty, well-prepared food, a warm, informal ambience and very welcoming, helpful staff. They even turned down the music when I asked them. More

This is a hidden gem of a restaurant. The food is excellent, locally sourced and has many organic ingredients. The staff were friendly, attentive and the whole experience was great. Make the effort to go there - you won't be disappointed - but you'll need to book! More

My husband & I went to the Iglu on New Years Eve. We were a bit apprehensive as having booked on-line due to living in Spain, we were going on recommendations from other Trip Advisors. When we arrived the upstairs seemed a bit cramped as they'd put in as many tables in as possible in a small place - but... More

Headed here for dinner with some friends, the restaurant is pleasantly tucked away in amongst a residential area. We ate downstairs next to the bar which wasn't busy at all. The venue is small, cosy and warm, just what we needed after battling the gale force winds! Our waitress was friendly and helpful, and the menu was extensive and appealing.... More

Warmly welcomed to a table adjacent to the bar, we immediately felt relaxed and comfortable. The short menu - five main courses - made it simple to decide what we would have to eat - Aberdeen Angus Rib Eye steak for me and salmon grilled with capers and almonds for her. All downed with a bottle of Proseco Baroca,. We... More
