After ordering we waited for nearly an hour for our food to arrive. When the food finally came it was cold, cooked veg was almost raw, salad was slimy and chips were awful. I have been to Browns a couple of times now, the last visit being two weeks ago for a Birthday celebration. They do not take reservations, but we only had a wait of less than 5 minutes prior to being seated on a Saturday night, which was pretty good. Had never been to Browns before but very impressed. Huge inside with lots of tables & great decor - kind of 1930's meets New England. 6 of us had dinner recently in Browns, we were seated at a table that was just about big enough for us, it was fine but there was more comfortable tables there but taken unfortunately.
