This place is worth a trip to Scotland. I basically grew up at the place while studying in Edinburgh. Moved abroad a few years ago but have been coming back to Edinburgh regularly just to pay tribute to the Mahal. I haven't encountered a better Kebab anywhere else. The spicy sauce is a must. more

My all time favourite! The best naan, biryani, tikka masala... I could eat there every day :) Don't expect fancy decor or special attention, just delicious food! more

Very good food, very cheap, too small, nothing much as an atmosphere but worthy. Food seems to be more original than in most westernized "indian" restaurants more
