This cafe offers a range of delicious food and cakes. Had lunch with my friend the other day, we both agreed food was scrumptious. Coffee was delicious. Will definitely be returning

Was staying at the Premier Inn (SECC) c.1 mile away but detest the overpriced breakfasts there. After a quick search found Café 13 and am so glad I did. Lots of parking nearby and as soon as you walk in, you just /know/ you’re going...to get fed well and not be robbed in the process. Great atmosphere, really efficient staff (still friendly even when busy) and the food came quickly. A simple menu with something for everyone (vegetarian options available). I’ll be back. Thanks to the team; keep up the brilliant work. PS it’s just across the road from the subway and bus station - well worth nipping over for a cuppa if you’d like a lovely place to relax.More
Fantastic value and very well cooked breakfast. The picture says it all. Great little cafe with about 12 tables. Give it try.
Have visited here a couple of times and on both occasions have had a tasty meal at a great price. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Really like this wee place. Don’t live in Govan but pass by now and again and always thought it looked nice. Its been done really well. And stands out as you drive by. Should have left a review the first time we visited as we...really enjoyed it. Second time round was even better. On arrival we took an outside table to enjoy the sun with our dog. The woman eating her lunch at the next table immediately got up and asked if we would like some water for her. I joked, I take it you work here and your not just a friendly customer. We laughed. Good start as she was obviously on her break. Service was quick and efficient. No long waits. Prices were very reasonable for the big portions. Even had one of the waitress bring me chips that they had forgot with my main. I hadn’t even noticed and didn’t realise I was to get chips, but was quite happy with what I had for the price. So I let the very pleasant staff have them as I was full. They were really nice. We will certainly go back for the good food, good prices and excellent friendly service. And our wee doggie appreciated being looked after. Keep up the good work. See you soon and thanks.More
If you are in the govan area this is the place to go for a coffee and bite to eat. Special mention to Karen our server today went out of her way to take to time to explain to the chef my specific dietary requirements,great...smile and friendly demeanour, will definitely be back.More
Popped in for a working lunch. Good menu, tasty food and reasonably priced. Just what Govan needs! I had tempura prawns and loaded fries. The only thing missing was additional salt/sauces with the fries.
Cafe 13 is a find. If you're near a subway station in Glasgow, hop on, get off at Govan and it's right across the sunny side of the road. My halloumi wrap was the tastiest I've ever had. Choc full of halloumi, salad, tasty dressing,...perfectly wrapped and toasted. Also very good value for money. Staff are helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.More
Born and brought up in Govan I always look out for any news of the area. Some neighbours advised us to try Cafe 13. Travelling down from Giffnock we were not disappointed. Great quality food, a good atmosphere for a very reasonable price. Could teach...our new swathe of restaurants in Giffnock a few lessons. The seeds of regeneration are happening in Govan and hopefully with the proposed new bridge connecting the Water Row to Partick the sort of urban quality that has seen places like Finnieston and Strathbungo rise will bring some much needed prosperity to the area. Go Sunny Govan.More
Have eaten in this cafe quite a few times, food is excellent as is the service, staff are hard working and friendly, a great experience, so happy it is opened later. Will definitely be returning.
Didn't have the best experience today, waited ages to be served and when I finally went up to ask if we get served at the table to order at the till area got the most awkward response from the young girl serving us: I'm doing...a million drinks, I'll be with you soon (not the response I expected) really nippy about it. Smaller portion of Mac & Cheese (which tasted like it was out of a packet) loads of chips and 2 small teeny bits of garlic bread and salad. Came here before for breakfast which was amazing, shame it doesn't open at weekends! Mums Burger and chips was really fresh and tasty. She also got loads of chips and salad.More
Have seen this cafe on several occasions when passing through Govan en route to Glasgow centre and it always looked busy so decided to give it a try for lunch. We were not disappointed ! Ordered halloumi and pomegranate salad which was fresh and very...tasty!! Cannot remember what the dressing was but it was amazing!!! Finished off with a slice of raspberry and coconut cake - delicious. Now I can see why the reviews are so good as this is a lovely place with friendly staff and a brilliant menu to choose from. Definitely a return visit planned!!!!More
This is a super wee cafe. It is directly over from the Govan subway. This is a good stop before the 4 min walk to the Govan stones. Then after your delicious cheese sandwich on artisan bread, head to the Fairfield heritage centre (about 7...mins walk). All three of these places are excellent. Definitely recommendMore
Vega-licious and veg-lorious! Wow, go go Govan! Fab lunch, superb service at Cafe 13. Very much enjoyed my time here.
I lived in Govan for 2 years and never visited this place but when returning today to look at a property, we stopped off for brunch. The food was amazing, the service fantastic, prices reasonable and the decor was wonderfully quirky. I would definitely recommend...this place!More
