1Devonshire Gardens as the locals still call it is an absolute must for that special occasion or any other excuse you can dream up. Went to Hotel Du Vin at One Devonshire Gardens with collegues and was not disappointed. Extensive wine list, friendly and attentive service and food which was so good it had me excited about the next course. This restaurant must be due a michelin star, I've eaten in others which have the accolade and do not come close. more
Took my girlfriend here for a Birthday dinner and just feel as if I've been robbed !! I think the owners here need reminding of what eating out is all about i.e....Quality AND Quantity..what I dont want is just some pretentious artwork on a plate that wouldn't satisfy the appetite of a mouse !!! Booked through the website 5pm for afternoon tea for my mum's birthday. You get a complitentary glass of champagne as well as a three tier stand of Sandwiches, Cakes & Scones.
