Full on a dark, damp Glasgow Wednesday evening tells you how good this place is, you really need to book. Went back to Michael Caines after a wonderful experience in May. This time was very disappointed - we arrived to be told that the Amazing Grazing menu which was advertised on their website with 3 matched glasses of wine was no longer available - although still on their website the next day. Staff were the best, friendly and helpful, but respected your privacy and left you to dine if you wanted. The food was excellent, spot on perfect! Dining room lovely, clean and modern and VERY chilled out, nice lighting and relaxing music. Fine cuisine, excellent service, nice environment. A little bit pricey, but they have the right according to their quality. I would advise to make the reservation, but you can come and have a table without problems (as we did). more

Very fishy/seafood menu - but sounded good on paper. Quale starter was good.
