I took my daughters to the Tudor for Dinner and found the place to be grubby and grimy, the food was over priced and of poor quality and the service was dreadfully slow for a quiet early evening. £70.00 could have been better spent elsewhere. It is not what it once was. We wont be back. more

Great place to eat. The staff could be a little bit more accommodating. Went for a meal in September. Restaurant had lots of empty tables but we were forced to wait 20 minutes. Customer service is not high on their list of priorities. However, the meal was very good. more

Unassuming place in Ayr town centre the Tudor offers a selection of meals and cakes! Apparently made locally in Ayr on Bellsbank farm, I would highly recommend! more

Recommended by the Crescent Inn, 26 Crescent Circle, Ayr, where we stayed. Though the decor is unassuming, locals definitely flock to this place because of the food - it's excellent! and much less expensive than other nearby restaurants with similar food. The staff are attentive and we went back several times. more
