Lovely pub, in a breathtaking setting. Myself and my husband stumbled on this pub in the small quaint village of Glounthaune on a Sunday drive. Food was fabolous a real Irish Sunday lunch. Had a beautifull meal and fantastic pint of Murphy's with my wife last weekend. Great atmosphere, and warm friendly staff. Great value for money. Highly recommend this Bistro/Bar. more
Visited the rising tide for a quick bite to eat. Had been there previously for dinner and was quite happy with every aspect of that visit. However on the most recent visit, was slightly disappointed. The food as always was good but the service was lacking. There was a hen party in progress which impacted on the enjoyment of others.... more
Excellent ambiance and the food is good. Lunch menu is also great. Fun place to ease after work with a drink with friends! more
