My boyfriend and I went to Queen of Tarts in cow's lane (I liked the look of it better than the original on Dame street) for breakfast and it was delicious! We had the "hearty" breakfast, which I liked purely because I felt a bit like a pirate when I asked for it. The people serving seemed a bit rushed,... more

My husband and I visited this cute pastry shop on the first day of our trip to Dublin. And went back again a few days later! We sat at small, cozy tables and ordered a plum tart and a lemon tart with tea. The service was excellent, and the tarts were to die for! Not too sweet, american pastries seem... more

This very tiny restaurant is a wonderful place to rest your weary feet and have a cup of tea with a tart or a steamy bowl of homemade soup with delicious homemade bread. The prices were reasonable and the food was savory. It is located across from Dublin Castle on Corkhill street, close to main Dublin tourism center. There is... more

Really enjoyed this place. Ate there for breakfast and/or lunch every day I was in Dublin. There are actually two locations very close to eachother which surprised me. I would avoid the cupcakes though -- they are VERY heavy and not at all what I anticipated. Everything else was really good though. Pricey place. more

This is a regular haunt of mine, for breakfasts at weekends and lunch occasionally. It is consistently excellent. You should try the pancakes (only available at weekends for some peculiar reason) and the raspberry cheesecake is unbeatable. Portions could be slightly bigger at lunch but maybe I'm just being greedy. A place to visit if you come to Dublin! more
