My husband and I tried to have dinner here one night but since the wait was over and hour we came back the next day for lunch. My husband ordered the wings and I ordered a burger. After discovering this place I ate almost every meal here. The lamb, pasta with pepper and pasta with goat cheese were all delicious. The prices were pretty much equal to or less than prices in local pubs which mostly have standard Guinness stew and shepards pie. more

We had a difficult time finding a decent meal in Dublin, but a local friend recommended Elephant and Castle. Despite being located in the touristy Temple Bar, the food was fantastic and the prices were reasonable. I would eat here again if I went back to Dublin. more

Strolled around Temple Bar on Good Friday & decided to venture in based on the pleaseant exterior. Very unfriendly owner/manager laughed at us when we asked for a table - told us there was a half an hour wait. very rude staff is a big turn off for me! walked straight out of there! more

Always bustling restaurant in Temple Bar had a nice atmosphere and served good food. I had Fish & Chips which were very good and came in a nice sized portion. The prices were about average. I'd suggest a reservation if you choose to go. more

Overall quite average. The house wine was good value but the chicken wings for taste and sheer volume are the best in the world and them alone worth the visit more
